Strategy and planning days
Facilitated days that end in signed decisions: positioning, priorities and a one-page plan the whole leadership team owns. Pre-work interviews and a short survey make the day honest from the first hour.
Practice / Direction
A clear direction the leadership team signs, and an outside adviser who stays for the decisions that follow.
01Situations we are asked about
Typical starting points for this practice, in the words leaders often use.
We have a plan, but nobody uses it to decide anything.
The owner makes every call, and the team waits.
Our board meetings report the past instead of steering the future.
We are growing, but we cannot say what we will stop doing.
02The working model
Strategy only works when it reaches the calendar. Each level is shorter than the one above, and the list of things you will not do is as deliberate as the list you will.
03What we do
Facilitated days that end in signed decisions: positioning, priorities and a one-page plan the whole leadership team owns. Pre-work interviews and a short survey make the day honest from the first hour.
A standing advisory seat on a monthly rhythm: a structured session, sounding-board access between sessions, and accountability that respects your ownership.
Board charters, delegations, committee structures, board papers and an annual board calendar, sized for the organisation you are, not the one in a textbook.
An outside look at a market, a service line or a major decision, with the evidence laid out and a recommendation you can test.
04You leave with
05Programs
Strategy
A facilitated day for a leadership team or board that ends with decisions, a one-page plan and a first 90-day commitment.
Executive leadership
For chief executives and senior leaders who want sharper judgement, a stronger leadership team and a steadier operating rhythm.
Governance
For new directors, executives who report to a board, and boards that want to work better together.
06Accredited study
Nationally recognised qualifications are delivered by CAQA, RTO 45459, and listed on Career Calling Courses. Our own workshops, programs and advisory are non-accredited.
No. We facilitate, challenge and write it up, but the leadership team makes the decisions. A plan written by outsiders rarely survives the first quarter.
A monthly session with an agreed agenda, a short written note afterwards, and access between sessions for decisions that cannot wait. It runs on a retainer agreed in writing and can be paused.

Tell us what is on the table. An adviser will contact you within one business day to talk it through. Fees are quoted and agreed in writing before any work starts.
