About Career Calling Business

Advisers who stay for the doing

Career Calling Business is the management advisory arm of Career Calling International, part of CAQA Groups.

Why we exist

Most organisations do not lack ideas. They lack the rhythm that turns ideas into delivered quarters, and the management systems that keep quality, cost and risk under control while they grow.

We advise owners, leadership teams and boards on strategy, projects, quality, cost, risk, change and people, and we stay for the execution: the check-ins, reviews and handovers that make a plan stick.

Alongside advisory, we run leadership programs and workshops from first-time managers to chief executives and boards. Where a nationally recognised qualification is the right answer, we point you to the courses delivered by CAQA, RTO 45459.

A bench behind every adviser

As part of CAQA Groups, our advisers can call on family specialists in accounting, analysis, HR, marketing, recruitment and technology when the plan needs something built.

What we are not

We are not a certification body, a law firm, an accounting practice or a financial adviser. We tell you when you need one, and we work alongside the ones you have.

Principles

How we work with clients

  • Evidence before opinion

We start with your numbers, documents and people, and we show our working.

  • Decisions stay with you

We advise, challenge and recommend. Owners, boards and leaders decide.

  • Small enough to use

Frameworks, registers and dashboards sized for your organisation, so they get used.

  • We stay for the doing

Plans are followed by check-ins, reviews and handover, not just a report.

  • Plain words

No jargon where a plain word will do, in our reports or in the room.

  • Clear on limits

We say what we are not: not a certification body, not your lawyer, accountant or financial adviser.

Talk to an adviser

Tell us what is on the table. An adviser will contact you within one business day to talk it through. Fees are quoted and agreed in writing before any work starts.
